Resources
Here you will find some templates I have put together that might help you, whether you book a session with me or not.
I have also included links to other free resources you may find helpful.
Your Story
Writing about your experience can be difficult, and knowing where to start is the hardest part. This Story template can help you break your story down into manageable chunks ready for a debrief. Simply print and handwrite, use a PDF application to digitally write in the boxes, or copy the table onto paper you have at home.
Although titled Birth Story, please do use the sheet to write about any events from your experience.
Your Questions
Some people know exactly what questions to ask, but others might need some help. This Questions template can be a starting point to prompt ideas and questions ready for a debrief. Simply print and handwrite, use a PDF application to digitally write in the boxes, or copy the table onto paper you have at home.
Although titled Birth Questions, please do use the sheet to write about any events from your experience.
